Mrs. Rith Kanha finished her bachelor’s degrees in 2009 to 2013. She had received two bachelor’s degrees. One is a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Majoring in Finance and Banking. The second one is the Bachelor Degree of Business in English Language. Other qualifications such as Diploma of Cambodian Tax and Diploma of Cambodian Business Law from CamEd Business School. In 2013 she started her Internship at KPMG (Cambodia)Co.,Ltd, during that time she got promoted and moved into a new position as an Audit Assistant. After 2 years in the position, she got promoted once again as a Senior Auditor at KPMG (Cambodia)Co.,Ltd. During 2017, she worked as the Financial Controller at Hatien Vegas Entertainment Resort (Kampot Province). In the same year, she had served Teng Lay Import Export & Transport Co., Ltd as an Internal Audit Manager as well as holding the position as a Finance Manager for Teng Lay Dry Port. From 2019 to 2020 she worked as The Head of Finance, Mekong Micro Insurance and The Head of Finance for Sahakrinpheap Microfinance PLC. Lastly, she had worked as a Freelancer expertized in Accounting and Taxation during 2020. Currently, she has obtained the position as the Head of Finance, Admin and HR for Serendib Microinsurance Plc. in Cambodia, since 16 august 2021 until present.

Mr. Supahrrna Gajanayake, Head of The Business Development Department obtained his executive master’s degree in Business Management at Asia E University in 2017. He received an introductory certificate from Charted Institute of Marketing in 2011. He also attended his IGCSE in 2010. He served in British American Tobacco as a Trade Marketing Executive, from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, he was the Senior Business Development Executive in NDB Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He started working for LOLC Group in the year 2016 for LOLC Technologies Ltd in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 2016 to 2017 as a Senior Business Development Associate. From 2018 to 2019 he worked as a Senior Executive Alternate Distribution at LOLC Assurance Ltd at Colombo, Sri Lanka, then got promoted to Deputy Manager Alternate Distribution in 2019. He started working for Serendib Microinsurance Plc. on 1st January 2022 under the capacity of Head of Business Development. Currently, he holds the position as Head of The Business Development Department for Serendib Microinsurance Plc. in Cambodia since 01/Jan/2022 until present. He is a Marketing specialist with over 10 years of experience in diverse industries including Tobacco, financial services, IT solutions and Insurance. Highly skilled in marketing management, marketing strategy, channel development and branding.
